Wood-Fired Pizza Cooking Class
Make your own pizza from dough to wood-fired oven at La Siesta Coffee, Hoi An. Shape the dough, choose your toppings, then watch our chef bake it in the wood-fired oven. No experience needed: your pizza does not have to be perfect, it just has to be yours.

Vietnamese Coffee Making Class
Learn to brew with a traditional phin filter and make three Vietnamese favourites with your own hands: egg coffee, salt coffee and condensed milk coffee. Vietnamese coffee is slow by design, drop by drop, and so is this class.
